11/15 Priory update
Submitted by Rudy Pesci on Mon, 11/19/2012 - 08:34Hear ye hear ye! Sostene separated their great men by class year to better focus themselves upon prayer. The prayer service was an excellent means of connecting the students not only to God, but to the rest of their class. Different ways to pray were discussed in addition to the benefits of prayer in our lives.
Manettus Priory Periods 11/15- 11/16
Submitted by Paul Moulton on Mon, 11/19/2012 - 08:34On Thursday in Manettus homerooms, all students took a political test through isidewith.com. This test analyzed their political views and told them which candidate they stood with. Each student then shared which political candidate they would have voted for and we discussed why they supported them. On Friday, we had a school-wide mass.
Bonfilius Priory Periods 11/15-11/16

Spirit Announcements 11/19

Spirit along wit a few seniors met with Coach Morris on Friday regarding basketball, and we now set up weekly Monday meetings at lunch throughout the entire season. Soccer season starts this week and basketball starts in 2 weeks. Go Friars!
Hugh Priory 11/15
Submitted by Paul Swartz on Mon, 11/19/2012 - 08:16This week Hugh worked on making blankets for their service project. Members cut sheets of felt and tied them together to begin to make the blankets. At the same time, members also watched the movie "Miracle" starring Kurt Russell. Both of these activities involved Necessity of the Other. Students needed to work together in order to make the blankets, while the homeless who will eventually receive these blankets need the men of Hugh to make them.
